Using premium fabrics and Kinetech’s Dragzero and Clima textiles, this tri suit offers a second skin fit with expertly placed textures to minimise drag and maximise speed. The aero credentials of the BornBound tri suit range is backed up by rigorous testing on the bike, using repeated real-world tests in controlled conditions with 1 male (Kieran Lindars) and 1 female PRO triathlete. The tri suits were benchmarked against the market-leading aero suits. For Lindars, who credits the suit with helping him achieve 2^nd place at Ironman Frankfurt 2024, the testing showed a huge 14 watt saving – which would save over 2.5 minutes on the bike over the full Ironman distance.

The DNA of our brand originates from California, USA, the home state of our founder, Kyle Dagan. As a husband and father of 3 girls currently residing in Rhode Island, USA, he is passionate about creating a company that sets a precedence for positive action through the team. Coming from a competitive soccer background and transitioning into triathlon, it was fitting his current lifework is surrounded with athletics, family, and community. The Born Bound team also resides in the UK and Asia. We are worldly unique with multiple keen IronMan triathletes on our team, all with a long-term career in sourcing fabrics, materials, and developing products for sports. We felt compelled to put all our experience into making premium triathlon products, while we utilize and develop sustainable manufacturing techniques, fabrics, and materials. We are the epitome of the Born Bound story, we believe that with a combination of determination and passion, we were destined on this journey together.
