Ready to take on a multisport challenge? Our 12 week Olympic distance triathlon training plan for beginners from Brownlee Fitness will guide you all the way to the start line of your first standard distance race. Guided by the expertise of Olympic triathlon legends Alistair Brownlee and Jonny Brownlee, this training plan will have you feeling ready to race in no time.
- Level - Beginner
- Duration - 12 weeks
- Sessions - 6 to 9 per week
- Hours - 7 to 8 per week
Developed for those stepping up to the Olympic distance for the first time, this training plan is aimed at those with a moderate level of existing fitness. Ideally suited for those who can:
- Swim 400m non-stop
- Bike for 90 minutes
- Run for 60 minutes
